These terms govern use of the website metapcalip.cfd and purchases or workshop bookings with Metapcalip Candle Studio, Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 62, 04275 Leipzig, Germany. German law applies. Mandatory consumer protections under German and EU law remain unaffected.

Website content

We provide information about Metapcalip services, scents, pouring workshops, and contact details in good faith. Descriptions may change when materials, schedules, or shelf stock change. Photographs illustrate typical studio work and may not show the exact vessel you receive.

Bookings and retail

Workshop places are confirmed when Metapcalip accepts your booking by phone or email. Please arrive on time; late arrival may reduce the pour window without a price reduction if the session cannot be extended. Finished candles sold in the studio are payable at collection unless otherwise agreed. Prices are stated in euros and include applicable VAT where required.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a workshop, contact us as early as possible. Private hire deposits may be non-refundable when cancellation falls within a short window before the session, as stated in your confirmation. Statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts apply where the law grants them for the specific purchase type.

Studio safety

Guests must follow instructor directions around hot wax, open flame demonstrations, and tools. Metapcalip may refuse participation if safety instructions are ignored. Workshops are designed for adults; minors are not the primary audience of our programmes.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable typical damage, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Product liability rules remain untouched.

Text, layout, and images on this site belong to Metapcalip or their licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them for commercial use without permission.

Dispute information

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. Metapcalip is neither obliged nor generally willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, unless a mandatory duty applies in a specific case.
